PARTICIPATION:
The $1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes
begins November 26, 2008 and is open to all residents of the United States. Employees
and immediate families of BThrifty, and anyone involved in the BThrifty Gift Card
Sweepstakes contest production, development or handling are not eligible to
participate or win. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and
hold harmless BThrifty and its affiliates and their respective directors, executive
officers, employees, and agents as well as their advertising and promotional
agencies and prize suppliers from all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising
out of entrant's participation in the Gift Card Sweepstakes contest and/or
acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prizes. All Federal, state and
local laws and regulations apply. No one under the age of eighteen may enter
the Sweepstakes. BThrifty must receive all sweepstakes entries by March 31,
2009 when the Gift Card Sweepstakes officially ends.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY:
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify
the Sweepstakes Sponsor if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address, mailing
address and other contact information provided at the time of the initial registration.
PRIZES AND ODDS/CONSUMER DISCLOSURE:
The grand prize winners will be chosen
at the conclusion of the BThrifty Gift Card Sweepstakes from all entries received
by March 31, 2009. The grand prize will be a $1,000 Visa Gift Card or Gift Card substantially equal in value and readily available subject
to manufacturer’s availability in BThrifty’s sole discretion. Prizes
will be awarded regardless of the number of entries. The odds of winning depend
upon the total number of entrants and the number of entries for each individual
entrant. Multiple entries are allowed but entrants can only win once. Winners
are solely responsible for any and all taxes on prizes, as well as any and
all expenses relative to participation in the Sweepstakes not specified herein.
Prizes will be awarded within approximately (45) days after selection of winners.
No substitution allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are
not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes
with prizes of equal or slightly greater value. The estimated total value of
all prizes is $1,000. The official Drawing Date is Monday April 6, 2008, 10:00
a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
The following terms and conditions apply: Sponsor
does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry
information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or
technical error, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network,
computer equipment, software or any combination there of. No responsibility
is assumed, by BThrifty for lost, late, misdirected entries or responses, miscommunications,
problems with electronic transmissions, the internet, hardware or software
failures of any kind, or unavailable network connections. Entry materials/data
that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event the Sweepstakes
is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically
or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend
the Sweepstakes. In such an event, winners will be selected for the prizes
by a random drawing among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation,
termination or suspension. All submissions when received become the property
of BThrifty and will not be returned.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winners will be selected, by BThrifty at random from
all valid entries. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. BThrifty
shall have the right to make interpretations of these Official Rules in its
sole judgment and discretion, and all decisions of BThrifty are final on all
aspects of the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail,
or email and may be required to complete, sign and return, where legal, an
Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity. If entrants do
not respond via mail, email or telephone, to BThrifty within (10) days after
the notification of winning is provided, a new winner will be selected at random
and the previous winner will forfeit any right to the prize. Prizes will be
awarded within approximately (45) days of notification. The winner will not
be required to submit to promotion to claim this prize. There will be NO substitutions
or cash alternates for the prizes unless offered by BThrifty, in its sole discretion.
Prizes are not transferable. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use
winners’ names and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity
purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. All taxes on
prizes and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility
of the winners.
ELIGIBILITY:
All entrants must be U.S. Citizens and at least 18 years of age.
Any and all employees of BThrifty, and their immediate families members and
affiliates are not eligible for the sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local
laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release BThrifty and
their respective directors, executive officers, employees, and agents from
any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused
by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any
prize.

To request the Official Winners list send a
self addressed, stamped envelope to the BThrifty office or email to sweepstakeswinners
at BThrifty.com after this Sweepstakes has concluded.
